his paper studies on this Relationship between Carbon emissions and key spatial elements a urbanspaces, analysis on correlation between city space layoutplanning and carbon Emissions . After analyzing the Land use , Transportation planning , facility then Building layout of guangzhou Haizhu eco-city this paper puts forwardthis urban space Layout planning Technology such As Green Carbon sink Network , public Transit oriented Development , Mixed Land use , balanced block scale Control , Public service Facilities layout, Underground space Utilization , Architectural layout adapting Climate and So , Exploring " Effective spatial Measures to Achieve Low Carbon in I District or megacity .
