Interpolation management and control model and progress improvement and efficiency analysis of lean construction under the new system

Zenglin Qu

Abstract

Aiming at the quality and efficiency bottleneck of traditional extensive construction mode, this paper deeply studies the interspersed management and control model based on lean construction under the new system. The new system takes the technological innovation
of “aluminum mold+all-steel climbing frame+high-precision block+thin plastering” as the core, and combines the pre-judgment of contract
with the deepening of design to solve the common quality problems from the source. On this basis, an interpenetration control model based
on “process overlapping in climbing frame” is constructed. Through the practical logic of spatial stratification and time overlapping such as
“installation of N-layer main body and N-2-layer window frame”, the collaborative interface design and guarantee mechanism of various professions is clarified. This paper quantitatively analyzes the remarkable achievements of the new system in terms of schedule, quality and cost,
and extracts the key success factors such as project department leading, process adaptation and risk pre-positioning, which provides practical
experience that can be applied and replicated for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
