Coupling Mechanism of Engineering Quality Risk Prevention and Control with Schedule Optimization in Real Estate Development Projects

Guohao Qiu

Abstract

In real estate development projects, engineering quality and construction progress are the core elements that affect the success or
failure of the project. The imbalance between the two can easily lead to problems such as resource waste and cost overruns. This article is
based on systems theory and full lifecycle management theory, analyzing the interaction between quality risk and project schedule, and constructing a coupling mechanism between quality risk prevention and schedule optimization. Through integrated goal coordination, dynamic
information linkage, and proactive risk warning and intervention, the coordinated promotion of the two is achieved. The research aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for balancing quality and schedule in real estate development projects and improving project
management efficiency.
