Abstract

Green building is the result of the development of the concept of sustainable development in the construction industry. It has outstanding advantages in terms of power saving, water saving, land saving, material saving and environmental protection. It can truly coexist
in harmony with nature and maximize Buildings that limit the use of resources. This paper studies the potential risks in the decision-making
stage based on the theory of green building life cycle. First of all, through literature review, the domestic and foreign literature on the identification of green building risk factors was summarized and summarized, 14 risk factors in the decision-making stage were identified, and a
risk list was established to form a “potential for the decision-making stage of the whole life cycle of green buildings in my country.” Risk Assessment Questionnaire”. Secondly, through questionnaire surveys, 10 construction units, investment units, design units, construction units,
supervision units, material and equipment suppliers, government housing and construction bureau departments, consulting units, related
professional teachers, and college related professional students, etc. In the field, find 6 representative persons in each field, ask them to score
14 decision-making risks in the questionnaire, and then get the final score after processing the average number. Finally, the entropy method
is used to calculate the importance of potential risks to analyze and rank, and on this basis, the corresponding suggestions and measures for
each risk factor are obtained.
